Prepare ingredients. If you like it spicy, choose hot peppers; if you don't like it, use green peppers or bell peppers instead.

Cut potatoes into thin strips, soak in cold water to remove starch, drain and set aside.

Cut the pepper into shreds and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
