Homemade Steamed Vegetable Rice Noodles
Overview
Rice noodles are often used in the steamed dishes we usually make. With it, we can make steamed pork ribs, steamed pork, steamed vegetables... This kind of rice noodles is not available in our small northern town. Last time, when I made steamed pork ribs, I made some at home by referring to the recipes on the Internet. You select the rice yourself, wash the rice, fry the rice, and grind the rice. The whole process is done by hand in a safe and hygienic way. It tastes absolutely safe!

Wash the glutinous rice, drain and dry in the sun.
