Dissolve flour, yeast + warm water.

Pour the yeast water into the flour, knead it into a smooth dough, and ferment it for 30 minutes. (You don’t need to ferment it for too long. The dough is slightly softer than the dough for steamed buns)

Wash the chives and prepare sesame seeds and thirteen spices.

Divide the risen dough into small pieces (any size)

Mix chopped green onions + thirteen spices + salt evenly, roll a small amount into a tongue shape and brush with oil.

Add the mixed green onions and roll tightly.

Mix soy sauce + water in a ratio of 1:1, brush the cake surface and dip it in sesame seeds.

Brush oil on the bottom of the baking pan and place the prepared cookies one by one.

Preheat the oven to 200 and bake for 18 minutes.

Plate and serve.
