6-inch red velvet cake
Overview
I like the red color of the red velvet cake because it uses natural pigments: red yeast powder, which is a healthy ingredient. It doesn’t require any decoration, and it’s beautiful! The new oven I used this time: ACA’s new smart oven ATO-E38AC. This oven is so awesome, powerful, equipped with Wi-Fi, and has beautiful beeps. I like it so much!

Place in the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down, 150 degrees, 40 minutes!
