Steamed sea fish

I caught some fish at the beach. They were all natural wild fish. I took two and steamed them. They tasted very delicious and had a great texture!

Scale the fish, cut into pieces, wash and set aside.

Cut the ginger into shreds and place evenly on the fish.

Then steam in a steamer for eight minutes.

Carefully pour away the water in the plate, then cut the green onions into shreds and sprinkle them on the fish. Pour over the steamed fish with soy sauce. Heat the tea oil until it is 70% hot and pour it on the green onions.
