Home-brewed red wine
Overview
In August, when the grapes are ripe, the darkest grapes are picked to make two large jars of wine. Now open the lid and you can smell the aroma of wine all over the room in an instant. The color is bright red, it is really beautiful, and the taste is sweet and delicious. This is a good wine.

Ingredients
Steps
-
The grapes were cut off one by one with scissors, and the grapes with broken skins could not be used. This process was very laborious, and my hands hurt in the end
-
Wash the cut grapes with clean water, but do not remove the white ash on them, which is natural yeast
-
The cleaned grapes are dried in the sun
-
Crush them one by one with your hands to separate the skin, seeds and pulp. Wash your hands. Put rock sugar on top and seal it in a large jar
-
This is what it looks like after 3 days of fermentation. You can see that the peel and the juice below have separated and are bubbling. That is natural yeast fermenting
-
After 20 days, the dregs are filtered out, leaving clear wine, which will continue to ferment and will be ready for consumption in two months
-
This is the brewed wine. This year’s wine is particularly red in color and tastes good
