Overview

I wonder if you are in the same mood as me after the college entrance examination and before you wait for the results. You are not in the mood to cook, let alone eat. That kind of uneasiness almost made the students in our class eat very little for several days while waiting for results at home, especially the girls (we are in a liberal arts class, and there are only 6 boys in the class, so just ignore them==). Later, when the results came out, everyone felt relieved and regained their appetite for eating. My friends and I also got in the mood and went out to the supermarket. I discovered hamburger buns while visiting the supermarket (this kind of thing should have been sold before, but I usually don't go to the baking area of the supermarket to look at it, because I always think the bread is not as fresh as the bread in the bakery). In addition, I recently watched the Japanese comic "Midnight Diner" and its live-action version, and suddenly regained my interest in cooking and eating, so I decided to try homemade hamburgers.

  1. Prepare hamburger buns (available in supermarkets), cheese, and Thousand Island dressing, set aside.

  2. Use barbecue sauce, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch (actually I haven't marinated anything myself...my dad told me to add cornstarch so I added it...) marinate the pork chops for half an hour, then fry it in a non-stick pan and set aside.

  3. Crack the eggs into a plate, add a little salt, stir them evenly with chopsticks, then fry the eggs and set aside.

  4. When everything is ready, sandwich the fried eggs, cheese, and pork chops between the bread according to your preference, and then drizzle with Thousand Island dressing. (PS. The order I made is to first drizzle a little Thousand Island sauce on the bottom of the bread, then put the eggs, then drizzle a little Thousand Island sauce, then put the pork chops, then drizzle a little Thousand Island sauce, and then cover the bread. This way it won’t taste too dry, but some people may find it greasy)

  5. Finally, the Pork Chop Cheese Egg Burger was born O(∩_∩)O Sahua~~~

  6. If someone finds frying pork chops time-consuming, they can also fry hot dog sausages instead of frying pork chops. You only need to cut the hot dog sausage vertically first, and then fry the hot dog sausage in a non-stick pan. (PS I personally think that the taste of fried pork chops is better than that of fried hot dog sausages. Because the hot dog sausages and egg cheese are mixed in the bread, I personally prefer fried pork chops.)

  8. Pair it with yogurt and it will feel even better.
