Yogurt almond sliced meal pack and yogurt honey bean toast
Overview
I divided this bread into two, a small meal bag and a piece of toast. After fermentation, the shaping can be adjusted according to your own preferences, and you can make it into whatever you want. This recipe has a particularly good drawing effect and a chewy texture. It has a rich milky aroma and is especially delicious. I feel that it is the most successful creation so far!

-
Add yogurt, water, egg salt, sugar, milk powder, flour and yeast to the bread barrel in order.
-
Add flour and yeast, start a 30-minute kneading cycle, and add butter with 13 minutes left.
-
After the procedure, you can stretch out the glove film. Press the fermentation program.
-
Ferment until it reaches 2.5 times its original size, about 45 minutes. Take it out and press to release air, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
-
After resting, cut the dough in half, half 427g and half 347g.
-
Divide the 347g dough into three equally large portions, roll each portion into a beef tongue shape, sprinkle with honey beans, and roll it up.
-
Three rolled up.
-
Place in a toast box and put in the oven to ferment.
-
The 427g portion is divided into 7 equal portions, each weighing about 115g.
-
Knead into a round shape repeatedly.
-
Place it in an eight-inch cake mold and put it in the oven to ferment.
-
When fermentation is eight times full, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 25 minutes, switching positions halfway through, and cover with tin foil after coloring.
