Red Date Chiffon Cake
Overview
Red dates are delicious and nutritious. Most of the jujube cakes on the market are made with yeast, baking powder or baking soda, but they don’t taste very good. Red dates chiffon is made by beating egg whites to swell it. It has a pure aroma and no peculiar smell. You can smell the rich red date aroma even before it is baked.
