After a busy day, what should I do when I come home from get off work and I’m obviously hungry, but too lazy to move, and I’m tired of eating takeaways? What I’m sharing with you today is my homemade spicy instant noodles. It only takes ten minutes to make, and it tastes great and is nutritious.

Shred onions, ham sausage, mince coriander, and break lettuce into small pieces.

Put water in a boiling pot. When the water boils, add shredded onions and fish them out after counting five times. Don't cook it for too long, just remove the flavor.
