Baby nutritional supplement: egg hand-made noodles
Overview
Yuanbao is 9 months old today, time flies really fast. By the way, at this stage, little ones are starting to eat porridge, soft rice, and meat dishes, but my little one is still only willing to eat porridge, but recently he has become crazy about steamed buns and noodles, and will rush to eat them whenever he sees them. Today I finally took some time to make egg noodles. In fact, they are not hand-rolled noodles, but pressed with a noodle machine. Simple and nutritious, the key is that it is much cleaner than the purchased ones.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare flour (I used about 300g) and 2 eggs.
-
Make a well in the middle of the flour.
-
Crack the eggs into the well of flour.
-
Use chopsticks to stir the flour into a fluffy consistency.
-
Knead the dough, not too smooth.
-
Cut the dough into pancake shapes about 1cm thick.
-
Dip both sides of the pastry with a little dry flour.
-
First use the dough press at speed 1 to press it into a slightly thicker dough piece.
-
Press it thickly and then fold the two ends inward, select level 2 and press it again.
-
After pressing in the 2nd gear, there is no need to fold it again, just press in the 4th gear.
-
Select the last gear 7 and press it again. The dough is already very thin at this point.
-
Use the thin noodles function to press the dough into thin noodles.
