  1. Ingredients required: Romaine lettuce, Thai pepper, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce.

  2. Boil the water, add a little salt and oil, add the lettuce and blanch it for half a minute.

  3. Remove and cool quickly.

  4. Spread each slice out onto a plate.

  5. Chop Thai pepper and garlic into mince, add a little salt and put in a small bowl.

  6. Drizzle in the smoking hot oil.

  7. Add 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce (depending on the size of the lettuce and your own taste).

  8. Half a spoon of oyster sauce.

  9. Mix into a uniform sauce.
