Garlic Pork Ribs and Steamed Potatoes
Overview
Recently, I participated in an activity to help farmers and bought some red potatoes from Jingle. They said they were helping farmers, but I felt that they enriched our dining table. I like red-skinned potatoes very much because they are easy to cook and can maintain a good shape even if they are cooked for a long time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork ribs with some salt and flour, and drain the water.
-
Add 1.5 spoons of light soy sauce.
-
Add 0.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce. If you have a heavy mouth, you can add an appropriate amount of salt.
-
Peel the garlic, chop into fine pieces, add in, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
-
The next day, take out the marinated pork ribs, add 1 tablespoon of corn starch, mix well and set aside.
-
Prepare three red potatoes, wash and peel them.
-
Cut into thick slices, spread on the bottom of the plate, sprinkle a little salt evenly on each slice of potato to add flavor.
-
Lay the ribs flat on the potatoes without overlapping, so they cook easier! Pour cold water into the pot, steam over high heat, wait until the water boils, and steam for 20 minutes.
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
-
The ribs are off the bone, the garlic is fragrant, delicious and not greasy!
-
The potato flour is glutinous and dense, absorbing the flavor of the soup and melting in your mouth.
