Prepare materials.

Butter, water, salt and sugar, bring to a boil over low heat.

Add flour, stir to form a dough, and turn off heat.

After drying, add eggs and stir evenly.

Add the eggs in two batches and beat to form a paste.

Put it into a piping bag and pipe out evenly sized pieces, exactly 20 pieces.

Place in the oven and bake at 215 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

After drying, cut crosswise in the middle and add whipped cream.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
