Fried yogurt

Summer is coming soon. Recently, I went to a fried yogurt store near my home and bought fried yogurt. I loved it. So I decided to try making my own fried yogurt at home. It turned out to be so easy! Fried yogurt tastes better~cool and refreshing~

Have all materials ready.

Put the peanuts into a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. And chopped cranberries.

Pour the yogurt into a clean basin, and put the chopped peanuts, cranberries, and honey beans into the basin.

Mix well by hand.

Put tin foil (or oil paper) into the baking pan.

After mixing, pour into baking pan. Mix slightly with a spatula. Give it a shake to level the surface. Then put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

Once frozen, just cut (or break into small pieces).

Place the frozen yogurt slices into a glass bowl. Done! ! !
