Put water in the pot and put the grapefruit peels. You can also add the water soaked in the grapefruit peels. Then the fire comes to a boil. Cook until the skin turns white.

Then add grapefruit meat and rock sugar and cook together until there is no water and only sugar remains. There is no way to preserve water.
