BBQ Pork Ribs
Overview
This BBQ pork ribs is a simple version, even a novice has zero failures. I just grilled it once yesterday, and my son praised it and asked me to make it again today. When eating it, my son did not forget to say that mom’s cooking is better than what is sold outside, hee hee~ I am deeply encouraged, and it also satisfies my little vanity😜

Wash the spareribs and cut into sections.

Chop garlic and ginger.

Add 4 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, a tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of pepper, a tablespoon of soy sauce and ginger and garlic to the pork ribs.

Mix evenly and marinate for more than 6 hours. (You can also marinate it the night before)

Place the marinated ribs into the baking pan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place the ribs into the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
