Shredded potato burrito
Overview
There is a small piece of dough left from making dumplings, so just use it to bake a few small pancakes, put stir-fried vegetables on top of the pancakes and eat them, for a unique taste.

Roll the vegetable dough into slightly larger discs

Put it in a non-stick pan (no need to pour oil) and cook slowly over low heat

Flip and cook until the other side is cooked

Put the shredded potatoes into the wok and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce to taste and stir-fry until cooked

Place the shredded potatoes on the pancake and roll it up
