My husband recently fell in love with fishing. He caught so much fish that he couldn’t finish it, so he thought about drying it and eating it himself. It’s absolutely great as an appetizer!

Wash the river crucian carp and put it into the pot to cook; at the same time, put the onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, add some water and bring to a boil. When the soup is almost dry, turn off the heat and serve.
