Prepare ingredients: low-gluten flour: 125g, sugar: 50g, eggs: 2, unsalted butter: 60g, baking powder: 2g, strawberry jam: 10g, white chocolate (for decoration): appropriate amount, colored beads (for decoration): appropriate amount

Melt the butter over water and set aside to warm.

Beat the whole eggs evenly, pour in the sugar, and continue beating until the sugar dissolves.

Add sifted flour and baking powder.

Stir the batter evenly in a "zig" pattern until the batter flows downward naturally.

Add the strawberry jam to the batter and mix well. If you don’t have strawberry jam, you can omit it and make a plain madeleine. The purpose of adding strawberry jam is to enrich the taste.

Slowly and gradually add the melted butter to the batter and stir evenly with a spatula.

Grease the base of the madeleine mold with butter and add the batter until the mold is eighty percent full. Pour in the batter and shake it a few times to release air bubbles. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow the batter to thicken.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.

After ripening, remove from the mold while hot. Place on grill to cool. Dip the cooled madeleines in melted white chocolate and sprinkle them with colored beads. A creative and beautiful shell madeleine is ready.
