Overview

We use pure natural green sago produced in Thailand. Green sago is different from white sago. Green sago is made from natural herbs and spinach juice. It is green, fresh and elegant. After cooking, a refreshing fragrance will come out. It is delicious when eaten with milk and honey.

  1. Prepare the main material green sago.

  2. Add half a pot of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add 100 grams of green sago, stir and cover tightly, cook until there is a little white spot in the middle, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the sago is transparent and has no white spots.

  3. Pour away the hot water from the sago and cool it with cold boiled water. (I like the sago to be a little white in the middle. If I don’t like it, I can simmer it until it is completely transparent)

  4. Take a small bowl, scoop out an appropriate amount of sago, soak in an appropriate amount of milk and honey, mix well and serve.

  5. Finished product. The natural vanilla fragrance is "cool" and garnished with mint.
