Sauce tendon meat

Sauce tendon meat

Overview

It’s really hard for me to make a meat dish as a non-meater. Fortunately, my son is not with me for the time being. Normally, it’s just me and my husband eating at home. However, if I don’t eat meat for a long time, I feel tired. My husband also has objections and complains that we are almost turning into rabbits! Think about it, in addition to stir-fried green vegetables, the three meals a day should be stir-fried green vegetables. Although eating more green vegetables is good for the body, it must be mixed with meat and vegetables. But what kind of meat recipe to make? It’s too complicated and I can’t learn it. It’s also fatty. My husband won’t eat it. I asked him to make a simple boiled tendon meat! What is tendon meat? What is this part of meat called? Every time I go to the supermarket, I have to point to the counter full of pork and ask the salesperson. Except for the pig's feet, I can't name the rest. After buying back the shank meat, I started to work. I accepted the lesson I had done unsuccessfully some time ago. This time I did not cut the meat into small pieces, but cooked it whole. In this way, the cooked meat can be easily cut into slices, instead of everything falling into pieces like last time. Looking at the cut meat, it felt good and I felt a sense of accomplishment. After tasting it, my husband said that it looked good but was a bit bland. Dizzy! It seems that I forgot to add salt! Just have to improve next time.

  5. The meat is ready when you hear the end beep (I checked the watch and it took 15 minutes). After the meat has cooled down naturally, open the pressure cooker

  6. Slice it and put it on a plate. You can dip it in some garlic sauce when eating to make it taste better. (I feel pretty good about myself, at least I’m not cut into pieces like last time)
