Chestnut Cream Sauce
Overview
Autumn chestnuts are very good, big, sweet and floury, rich in nutrients and full of taste. They can be used to make various dishes and snacks. This time I used it to make creamy chestnut jam and spread it on the layer and surface of the cake. It was very sweet.

Wash fresh chestnuts.

Boil water.

Run quickly under cool water to remove the skin easily.

Add water and sugar to the peeled chestnut kernels and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the chestnut kernels are translucent when pricked. Remove.

Use a food processor to beat the chestnut kernels into puree.

Add appropriate amount of sugar to light cream (according to each person's taste)
