1. 1 Mix eggs, milk and sugar evenly.

   

2. 2 Use 6 tart shells and defrost slightly. (I got 2 more). Add purple sweet potato filling. Because I wanted to eat the original flavor, I didn’t put purple sweet potato filling in two of them

   

3. 3 Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Heat up and down at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Out of the oven.
