Wash the pork bone sticks and cut them into several sections, soak them for 2 hours, skim off the blood, put them in a pressure cooker, and pour in water until the bone sticks are just covered. Cover the pot and cook the pork bone sticks. (If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can use an ordinary soup pot to cook it, but it will take more time to cook it thoroughly.) Skim off the foam, tear off the meat, and remove the bone sticks.

Remove old roots from cooked bracken; wash and drain mung bean sprouts; mince garlic; cut green onions into sections.

Put all the ingredients into the broth, add salt, pepper, chili powder and beef powder, turn to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
