Pan-fried beef cubes

1. Good quality beef cubes are cut, it is easier to defrost at room temperature, do not defrost in water, so as not to affect the freshness of the beef; 2. Use paper towels to absorb the water from the thawed beef; 3. Add sea salt, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes; 4. Preheat the grill pan, brush with a thin layer of oil, put the beef cubes and fry for 1 minute; 5. Turn over and fry for another 1 minute. When grill marks appear on both sides, fry some mushrooms at the same time; 6. Eat the fried beef cubes with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
