Sugar-free toast
Overview
On a whim, I made toast without sugar and added a small amount of salad oil. I originally wanted to save the oil, but when I thought about it, how could it be like making steamed buns? Haha! Just add a little, low-fat and sugar-free healthy food, you can eat it with your favorite sauces

Beat an egg mixture

Add flour, salt, yeast powder

Add water, add oil and continue kneading

Knead until the membrane comes out

Divide into small points

Roll into strips

Roll up

Arranged neatly

Wrap it in plastic wrap and prick a few small eyes with a needle

Brush with egg wash after fermentation

What it looks like after putting it in the oven at 165℃ for 30 minutes
