Shrimp and Egg White Soup

I really don’t know what to call this soup. It’s my favorite soup. It’s simple and delicious.

Peel and devein the shrimp, cut into small pieces, prepare two egg whites and set aside. Don’t throw away the shrimp heads~~ I forgot to take a picture of the shrimp heads.

Preheat the pot, add a little oil, add the shrimp heads and stir-fry. This will make the soup more delicious and the shrimp heads will produce red oil~ Fry until the shrimp heads all turn red~

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat~

Then add the shrimp~~~ Cook on low heat for a while~ Now start beating the egg white~

Beat egg whites until dry

Pour the egg white into the soup and mix well ~ it looks like clouds ~

Cook for a minute or two and add appropriate amount of salt~

Take it out of the pan~~It’s really delicious~~~
