  1. Peel and devein the shrimp, cut into small pieces, prepare two egg whites and set aside. Don’t throw away the shrimp heads~~ I forgot to take a picture of the shrimp heads.

  2. Preheat the pot, add a little oil, add the shrimp heads and stir-fry. This will make the soup more delicious and the shrimp heads will produce red oil~ Fry until the shrimp heads all turn red~

  3. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat~

  4. Then add the shrimp~~~ Cook on low heat for a while~ Now start beating the egg white~

  5. Beat egg whites until dry

  6. Pour the egg white into the soup and mix well ~ it looks like clouds ~

  7. Cook for a minute or two and add appropriate amount of salt~
