Sausage is something that is always available at home all year round. It goes well with anything. I like both the Cantonese-style sausage and the smoky flavor of Hunan. Today I made Cantonese-style sausage, which is more red in color than the Hunan sausage. It tastes sweet and delicious, with a lingering aftertaste
