Wash the chicken wings and prick them with a fork. The flavor will be better when marinated

Add appropriate amount of barbecue sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, a little salt and mix well. Place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and marinate overnight

Set the oven to 190 degrees, heat up and down for 35 minutes, and preheat for five minutes. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil, lay the chicken wings flat on the grill, and brush with a layer of marinated juice. Do not brush all the way, leaving some for later use

After preheating, place the baking pan on the bottom shelf and the grill on the middle shelf. Bake for 15 minutes. Open the oven and brush the remaining juice on the chicken wings. Brush the chicken wings with a layer of honey, sprinkle with a little cumin powder, and bake until the heat is turned off
