Stir-fried small shrimps
Overview
Shrimp is a good calcium supplement. Spring is the season for eating small shrimps. Sea shrimps are especially delicious and calcium supplements. Generally, the shrimp skin and heads are fried in order to better eat them. Ever since I had a baby, I wanted to use less oil and salt, and try to avoid deep-frying. However, my son still likes to eat shrimps, so I thought of stir-frying them. Very crispy too. Children can also eat it.

Steps
-
Wash and drain the bought shrimps, add a little salt (because the shrimps are salty and fresh, so just add some base flavor), a few slices of ginger and a few chopped green onions, marinate for about ten minutes
-
Put more oil in the pot than for stir-frying. Because it is not deep-frying, you don’t need to put too much. Note: Never put starch in the shrimp, because it is not deep-frying. Starch will stick to the pot
-
After the oil is hot, add the shrimp and stir-fry over high heat. When the oil in the pan starts to increase, it means that the skin is starting to become crispy, so that the shrimp will not eat a lot of oil.

With less oil and less salt, this is how to simply stir-fry small sea shrimps. The taste is not inferior to fried ones.
