My younger brother loves pasta and wanted to change his taste, so I made this beef oil noodles!

Add a little salt to the flour and knead it into a dough, let it rise for ten minutes and set aside!

Divide the risen dough into two parts and use a rolling pin to roll them into two pieces of dough!

Cut the rolled out dough into thumb-width noodles!

Boil the noodle pot

Prepare the seasonings, one teaspoon of light soy sauce, one-third of a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, a little chopped green onion, and a little sesame oil!

Take out the cooked noodles and pour them into the prepared seasoning bowl. Add the chopped green onion and chili powder and pour in the hot oil!
