Braised Chicken
Overview
Everyone knows how to make braised chicken. I made it on a whim on weekends. I usually eat it outside. When I was filming, I didn’t have the energy as before, and the weather got cold. I took a few pictures with my phone while I was making it.

Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, add cooking wine and soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt. You can also add a little brown sugar if you like.

Wash and cut the garlic sprouts into sections (use them last).

Chili peppers, garlic slices, garlic slices and Sichuan peppercorns set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add dried chili peppers and garlic slices and stir until fragrant.

Add the soaked chicken pieces, stir-fry, add ginger slices and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry for about 10 minutes, and add spicy sauce.

Stir well, cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat (turn it while simmering, otherwise it will stick to the pot).

Add garlic sprouts before cooking, and the finished product is ready!
