Have ingredients ready for later use.

Cut the tenderloin into long strips of equal size to make it easier to control the heat.

Toss the cut tenderloin with salt, egg white, and pepper, and marinate for 5 minutes to add flavor.

The marinated tenderloin is evenly coated with starch.

Shake off the starch attached to the meat, heat the oil and fry them one by one until golden brown.

After frying, put it on a plate and set aside.

Prepare starch, sesame seeds, and water, mix into juice and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water, tomato sauce, and sugar to make a thick juice, then pour in the sesame starch juice.

Pour in the fried tenderloin, quickly coat with juice, and remove from the pan.
