Steamed bun companion------Egg mixed with garlic

Overview

The big steamed buns are hot and soft just out of the pan. They are served with eggs and garlic. No other dishes are needed.

Prepare the eggs, put them in the pot and cook them, then take them out and put them in cold water to peel them. I prepared more eggs.
Peel the eggs and set aside
