The cranberries you bought at home will expire if you don’t eat them, so quickly use them to make cookies and destroy them.

Soften the butter (or melt it in water, cool it and then put it in the refrigerator to solidify slightly), add sugar and beat until the color becomes lighter. Chop cranberries into dices and set aside.

Beat the eggs and add to the butter in batches, stirring well after each addition before adding the next.

Add the flour and milk powder to the butter paste and stir briefly.

Add cranberry crumbs.

Mix well and knead into cookie dough.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for 25-30 minutes.
