Green Bean Diced Pork

  1. Wash the green beans and dice the meat and set aside.

  2. Heat the oil, pour it into the pot and stir-fry until it changes color. In order to reduce the oil, I stir-fry over low heat.

  3. Pour in the green beans and diced carrots and simmer over low heat for a while without adding water.

  4. Add salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
