Cut the taro into strips and steam it in a pot

After steaming, press into taro paste

While hot, add tapioca starch and a little cornstarch (according to the amount)

Knead it into a smooth dough, divide it into several portions, add matcha powder, fruit powder, and cocoa powder respectively to make different colors

Put it into boiling water until the taro balls float. Remove and let cool in cold water and drain
