Stir-fried bacon with pickled beans
Overview
This is my first time publishing a recipe. I only learned this dish after seeing it here. The bacon was brought back by a friend from Changsha, so Jin Xingxing made this dish. Very spicy and delicious. If you like it, take it away.

Wash and slice bacon

Soak the sour beans in water for a while, remove and cut into small pieces
