Prepare 5 shrimps

Chop the shrimp meat into puree and season with salt, soy sauce and black pepper

Fry the shrimp cakes into pan, press them with a spatula, and spread them as thin as possible. When cooked, take them out of the pan and set aside

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add salt and soy sauce to taste, pour in half of the egg liquid and fry into egg skin, shape it and take it out of the pan

Pour the remaining egg liquid into the pot, and immediately add the shrimp cakes and the previously fried egg skin (it is best to leave some egg liquid to pour on the shrimp cakes and then cover the egg skin to allow better adhesion between the egg skin and shrimp cakes)

After the egg skin is formed on the bottom, flip it over and fry it
