Chestnut pumpkin.

Remove seeds, wash and cut into triangles.

Peel the apples and cut into small triangular pieces.

Plating. I thought it was too pointy and didn't look good, so I cut off a little bit. 😅

Place a date in the middle to garnish, and cut off a little bit of the bottom so it can stand upright.

Sprinkle with crushed rock sugar and osmanthus.
