4-6 fresh peppers, more if you like.

Wash, remove heads and tails, and cut into sections.

Pat it lightly with a knife to flatten the peppers for easier frying.

Fry in oil and add a little salt.

When one side becomes soft and changes color, turn over and fry.

Fry both sides until tender.
