I just learned this dish from Gourmet World today. I’m selling it right now. I just changed the black fungus into green pepper and carrot shreds. My family praised it a lot, it’s a bit fancy~

Shred green peppers and carrots

Crack the eggs into a bowl and sprinkle (for convenience of presentation, I used a flat-bottomed bowl)

Add chopped green peppers and shredded carrots

It will take about 8 minutes for the eggs to solidify

After cooling, pour it out, cut into pieces and serve on a plate, garnish with coriander
