How to make sausage
Overview
This year I’m going to my husband’s hometown for the Chinese New Year, so I need to prepare New Year’s goods myself. This is the first time since my marriage that I’m preparing New Year’s goods! My husband said he likes our Hakka sausages (called sausages in ours), so he planned to make some while the weather is nice.
