Egg pancake
Overview
When making fried bananas, I had leftover egg liquid and flour, so I spread out two egg pancakes. Unexpectedly, my sister quit after finishing it. She cried and said she was not full and wanted to eat, so she hurriedly made it😊

Beat eggs
-
Add appropriate amount of flour, starch and sugar, then add appropriate amount of water
-
Stir until there are no lumps
-
Heat the pot. I didn’t use a frying pan. I just used a pot that I usually use for cooking. Use the smallest fire, pour a little oil, and turn the pot around so that the bottom of the pot is covered with a layer of oil
-
When the oil is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of the prepared egg liquid. It will overflow to both sides on its own, so the egg liquid should be slightly thinner. When it is fried until the egg liquid on top is about to solidify, use a spatula to turn it over and fry the other side until it is cooked
-
When making the second one, if the temperature in the pot is too high after pouring in the oil, you can remove the pot and pour in the egg liquid
-
While waiting for the egg liquid in the pan to solidify, in order to prevent the omelet from being fried, you can shake the pan away from the fire so that the omelet does not stick to the pan and facilitates flipping
-
When turning over, you can tilt the pan and use a spatula to catch the egg cake and flip it over
-
Put it on the plate. At this time, the two plates were replaced, and the two sisters had already eaten three of them in a hurry😊

Let’s eat it tonight😁
