Defrost the chicken breast and pat it loose with the back of a knife (I don’t like eating particularly tight meat, and the flavor of the sauce can penetrate into the meat better after being patted). Marinate it in a small bowl for fifteen minutes (soy sauce, cooking wine, onion and ginger)

After marinating, place it in the heated electric pan. You don’t need to brush it with oil because the oil in the chicken and the sauce will suffice

Wait until the chicken is slightly white and no longer elastic when inserted with chopsticks, then take it out of the pan
