Clean grass carp.

Cut into 2cm thick pieces, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, star anise, pepper, cooking wine, sugar, salt, green onion and ginger and marinate for a few hours.

Brush the marinated fish pieces with oil and wrap each piece in tin foil.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 16 minutes.

Take it out and put it on a plate,

Sprinkle with coarsely cracked black pepper and serve.
