  1. Materials are ready

  2. Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder together. Spread them flat on the countertop, leaving a space in the middle

  3. Pour in food powder, stinky powder, sugar, lard, butter and eggs and stir together until the sugar dissolves

  4. Use a spatula to combine the flour and fillings by folding the dough together. Take a small ball and roll it into a round strip. Cut each ball into a ball weighing 2.5G. Roll it into a round shape and flatten it (not too flat) and make a small hole in the middle with your fingers

  5. Prepare the baking pan. Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Place half of the dough in place. Spread a layer of egg liquid on the dough. Leave 50mm wide between the dough. The dough will slowly flatten during the baking process

  6. Time is about 15 minutes. Bake at 180-200°
