Overview
Scissor noodles: It saves trouble in the morning. I didn’t pull out the noodles, so I cut the noodles with scissors and put them into the pot.

Prepare the ingredients, let the noodles rest for half an hour, slice the pork belly, chop the green onions, and cut the tomatoes into cubes

Knead the dough into a long strip and add 2 eggs

Hold the noodles in your left hand and use scissors in your right hand to cut the noodles. To prevent sticking, the scissors can be dipped in flour

Cut it like this, try to make it as small and thin as possible

Put oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry

Add chopped green onion and Sichuan peppercorns and saute until fragrant, add tomatoes and stir-fry. I forgot to take a photo of this step

Fry the tomatoes until soft, add water, salt and chicken essence and bring to a boil

Hold the noodles in your left hand and scissors in your right hand, cut the noodles into the pot, break in the eggs and beat them into poached eggs
