Overview

Xia Mianmian likes to eat mango ice the most. Xu Liushan’s mango balls are my favorite, but the price is indeed a bit expensive, so I made them at home~

  1. Ingredients: 3 mangoes

  2. Appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour

  3. First mix glutinous rice flour with hot water, cold water, appropriate amount of sugar, and make a dough. The ratio of hot water to cold water is 1:4. Then shape the dough into small balls. Put the small meatballs into the pot and cook, remove and set aside. You can put cold water in to cool down the pellets.

  4. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Add ice cubes to 2 mango pulp, put it in a blender, and make mango ice. Then put the small meatballs and mango slices on top.

  6. Attached is Hui Lau Shan’s mango balls for comparison~ It’s just that Hui Liushan has an extra mango ice cream.
